Fireship Pilot

Good morning, Dreamers.

Here is one of my own dreams, to give my readers a shot at dreamwalking me. Click on the "comments" link, or send an email, to try your hand.

Pleasant dreams,

Peregrin

I was talking to people in a movie theatre.

"All those years as a fireship pilot, and I never even know what my ship's ring names meant! Even now, I have to guess how they're spelled. Isn't that pathetic? It would be like...not knowing your own children's names!"

They all laughed, but they don't understand. When you pilot a ship, it's your life.

My ship had to say goodbye to its passenger rings today. I'm going to withdraw all my money from my account and spend it however my ship recommends to ensure that we will all be re-united again. The ship was crying as it said goodbye -- and so were the rings.

Later, I asked Archie (the ship) what the rings' names were. "They are Ardakennan," he said. "The first one is Arda, the second Kennan."

What do you think?
