I was in town and this siren went off. Everyone started to panic and started to run into this music shop. I didn't know what was going on... I ran with the people and they were going down stairs of this shop. They went into this big square mettalic room which looked like a shelter. I was scared because i didn't know what was going on. The siren slowed down and the mettalic dorrs shut. It was a nuclear shelter. A nuclear bomb went off then the shelter broke apart as it was not strong enough then it ended.

In light of the current hysteria over the possibility of terrorist attacks increasing as we draw closer to war, I'm not terribly surprised to find nuclear bombs and shelters showing up in people's dreams. Remember, though, that the nuclear bomb in your dream most likely represents an event which is not quite so cataclysmic, although it is probably affects you personally in a way that you regard as such.
Anxiety can express itself many ways in dreams. In your dream you are first afraid but do not know exactly why. You have a fear that your world is about to end, you're trapped, and your defenses are not adequate.
Your shelter is under a music store, and you share it with many other people. This could represent your peer group, which hints that you consider your friends your defense against disaster. Because they cannot help and are, in fact, just as trapped as you, gives a bit of a clue toward the nature of the disaster, but not enough to pin it down to anything specific. Some possibilities:
