Ghost Bus

I dreamt I was riding on this bus. At first the bus was crowded. I fell asleep and when I awoke the bus was empty. I looked out the window to see if I had missed my stop, nothing seemed familiar. I asked the bus driver if we had passed my street he told me he never heard of my street. I said in a almost panicky voice, let me off this bus right now. The bus driver opened the bus door. I got off and started walking. It started to get dark. At first I walked slowly, then I began to pick up speed. It was really dark now and except for this one light that seemed to follow me as I walked. Then I woke.

Can you interpret my dream for me thanks

Kellie
Good morning, Kellie.

When you're in a dream vehicle, it's significant to notice whether you're driving or riding, because this is a comment upon whether you're in charge - usually in a relationship.

You fall asleep and allow the bus driver to take you wherever he will. To me, this says that you've been letting others make your decisions for you, and what has happened as a result is that you are now lost - you are nowhere near where you want to be in your life.

Furthermore, the driver cannot take you where you want to go, because he doesn't know where that is. This translates easily into waking life for anyone - no one else really knows where you want to go in life, and they certainly can't take you there.

When you get off the bus, you follow a light. This seems to have spiritual or religious connotations, but that's just an impression I get. Following your light (or your star, if you will) is essentially the same as following your heart, or following your dreams - essentially, there is a guiding light, but you have to get there on your own.

Pleasant dreams,

Peregrin
