Falling Again

Dear Peregrin,

As far as I can remember, I've only had one re-occurring dream (if you can call that a dream). Ever since I was little I would dream of falling. Sometimes I'm in a car that's tumbling down the cliff, but most of the time I just have that annoying "falling" feeling and then I wake up abruptly thinking that I'm falling, did I mention that it's annoying?

Anyhow, just wanted to know your insight on the matter. Thanks.

Losing my Mind

Hello again,

I had a dream a couple days ago where I went to the bar my friends I always go to and Scott and I had an argument a couple of days before so I really wasn't talking to him. So when me and my best friend Laura got there Scott pulled her in the back to talk and when they came out she told me that I needed to go talk to him. So I go and talk to him and he starts to tell me that he was sorry about the argument and that he doesn't like when we don't talk, I asked him what did it matter we have gone days with out talking before what made this time any different? He told me that he finally realized that you are a wonderful friend and I would like to see what kind of relationship we would have if we started dating? I told him that I did not want to get hurt again, and what if Amanda wanted you back you gone back to her every other time what would make this time any different? He told me that he wanted to be with someone who loves him as much as he loves her, and he can see that love in my eyes. After I told him I would give it a try, he went into the d.j. booth and told everyone that he finally came to his senses and is with the person that he has wanted to be with for a while but was afraid. Everyone was happy for us especially my friend Laura how came up to me and told me that I told you it would all work out. And then the first song Scott and I slow danced to (end of the road) played and we were dancing and started kissing and it was the end of the dream.

Please help me with this, I know you probably think I have lost my mind.

Once a Fortnight

Peregrin,

I have a reoccuring dream that my teeth are falling out or really wobbly, I have this dream about once a fortnight, the situations are always different. What does this mean?

Big Beige Dog

In my dream I was talking to a man, he opened a door and a big beige dog came thru the door, the dog came to me and took my left wrist and clamped down on my arm and he wouldn't let go

Choose a Bed

Dear Peregrin,

In my dream I went to a really big house. it was meant to be my best friend's auntie's house. the house was like a maze and I was given a map and a key, I walked through lots of rooms which were painted red. I opened a door using the key and I ended up in the bedroom. there were 12 beds in this room. all the beds were different and I was told by my best friend to choose a bed. I choose a double bed with a TV at the end of the bed. The bed had 2 pens on it, one was green and one was black. I picked up the black pen but it wouldn't work so I picked up the green pen and started to right on the pillow. I wrote the words "help me". the last thing I remember was looking at my friend's hair which was bright orange and crying.

My best friend's mum died recently but I didn't know her mum very well. I have been going out with my boyfriend for 2 months but just before that I was having an on off relationship with another guy but it was a secret. I have been working really hard recently and I haven't had much time to myself.

Making Love

Dear Peregrin,

Over the past few weeks I have been experiencing vivid dreams about making love to women I know but who I think are not interested in me. I have never experienced any recurring dreams like this in my life. I presently have a girlfriend , but she lives abroad. I recently ended a friendship with one of my best friends(male). I am presently working out at the gym. Also, since these dreams, I have been experiencing(strangely enough) a lot of attention from women. Can you interpret my dreams?

Soaps and Fire

Hello,

Before I start I want to apologize for the seemingly scattered nature of this dream...While it was happening it seemed to make sense, but afterwards the more I think about it, the more random it gets.

The first thing I remember is being in a mall, trying to buy something for a trip. And than, the scene changed entirely.

I was planning on running away with Nikolas, from "General Hospital" with some kind of treasure. Only at this point I am no longer myself exactly, I have my own mind, but I am a character called Emily, also from this same show. And we are driving away and we are on some kind of expressway and a car turns off on an exit and I notice a flame ignite by the cars tail pipe, and before you know it, the entire bridge structure is on fire and a cloud of fire and smoke is coming down the expressway burning up all the cars in it's path. I turn to Nikolas and I say, 'We are going to be burned alive.' I then faced forward to watch it coming toward us, but as it reached us all I saw was a flash of white and I remember touching my neck and thinking that my pearl necklace as going to melt into my skin.

The next thing that happens is that the fire is over and we are alive. We are burned and have scars from it, but mostly we are intact. I remember thinking that we recovered in that car. It was sunny, a beautiful day, and we got out to walk home.

Suddenly, I am in a hotel lobby, surrounded by elevators and I am watching another character from the show be reunited with her children, as if she was the one burned in the fire. And I am myself again. I walk over to my family and my father hands me a note, something about always loving me, and than I woke up.

Can you make any sense of this? And can you shed some light on why I take on other personas in the dream? This happens quite frequently, I will "be" another person, a character from TV, a movie, or just another real life person and I've always wondered why!

Searching for Grandson

Dear Peregrin,

I was in a museum like building...not much in it except office tables and chairs type furniture. I left my 3 yr. old grandson alone while I attended to something. Didn't seem to be anything he could break or place to go where he could get into trouble. When I came back, he was gone. And I searched for him. By the time I had gotten his trail, (some people said, they saw him wondering up some stairs) and saw that they led to a revolving door which lead to city streets, I was awoken by an alarm clock. Never had this before.

Cheatin Dream

Dear Peregrin,

I have been having a reoccurring dream where I am wanting to cheat on my boyfriend. In the most recent dreams I end up going out to a nightclub but I notice a man wearing swimming trunks and holding a red rose. This man asks me out and I end up getting into a red car and drive through a field and over a steep hill. We end up back at the nightclub and as I get out of the car my boyfriend is stood next to me. He starts to cry and runs away, I try to run after him but my eyes close and I can't see anything and when I try to walk I go dizzy and fall over.

Same Heaven Dream Twice

Dear Peregrin,

I had this dream when I was about 7 years old, then again about 4 or 5 years ago when I was 22 or 21. It all happened the same way both times. I was in heaven on a very, very long line. It was the line to go through the "pearly gates." When I get to the entrance of the gates, St. Peter is at a podium with a large open book. I begin to enter, but before I actually do, St. Peter asks, "Where are you going?" I answer him "In there? (I signal out the "pearly gates)" He then says, "No you're not," that is when I wake up.

I had this dream twice like I said before. What could this mean? Am I going to die if I go through the gates if I have this dream again? LOL. I'm sure I won't, but I am curious, since I've had death premonition dreams and usually happen a few months later with the person I dreamt of.

Watches as Gifts

Dear Peregrin,

I had a dream last night that I was in the living room sitting on the sofa with my dad. My mom then comes in after visiting the neighbor that lives a couple of doors away. She hands my dad and me a gift. I think it was gifts from the neighbor.

My dad opens his and it is a watch. The face of the watch was an LCD display. It had no numbers, but it had the hour and minutes hands. I believe the color of the watch was green, he liked it.

Then when I opened my gift, it was one of those fancy looking women watches. There were 2 of them. I noticed that one was bigger then the other though. I felt happy for some reason, I recall becoming teary-eyed.

My brother got a silver figaro bracelet and was showing it off. My mom then explained to me (while I took the watch out of the box) that it was the neighbors, but that it did not fit her (or something like that) so she gave it to me.

I think that is when I woke up. I don't know what to make of it. Could the dream be telling me that my "time is up," or that I'm wasting time, etc? You know is it a death premonition? I ask because my fiance, who passed away a few months ago, had a similar dream with a watch he received in a box. But, the person who delivered it to him was a mailman. I'm just curious to know since it was my father and me who got the watches.

A few weeks ago, I had a dream that I looked at a watch on a wall and it said 5:00PM. I said to myself, "great, now I'm late" that is all I remember. Thank you very much.
